These policies govern your use of www.m2jventures.ae and M2J’s digital channels. The website is operated by M2J Ventures - F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment with limited liability, Ajman Free Zone Licence No. 55420. Each section can be read on its own.

1. Terms of Use

1.1 Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access the Site across any of M2J’s business segments.

1.2 Who we are

M2J Ventures - F.Z.E (“M2J”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Free Zone Establishment with limited liability registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under Licence No. 55420, with its registered address at B.C. 1308312, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. 1.3 Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable UAE federal or free zone law or regulation;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any system or network connected to it;
introduce viruses, malware or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
scrape, data-mine or use automated means to extract content without our prior written consent;
misrepresent your identity or affiliation with M2J, or impersonate M2J staff or brand.

1.4 Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, M2J (or its licensors) owns the intellectual property rights in the Site and all content published on it, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, software tools, and the underlying design and methodology. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only. No part of the Site may be reproduced, redistributed, resold or used to create derivative works without M2J’s prior written consent.

1.5 No professional advice from website content

General content published on the Site (including articles, service descriptions and downloadable resources) is informational only and does not constitute tailored professional, technical, financial or legal advice. See the Professional Content Disclaimer for the full position.

1.6 Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services (including social media and messaging channels). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

1.7 Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.

1.8 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M2J shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from or in connection with use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under UAE law (for example, liability for fraud or wilful misconduct).

1.9 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, unless a signed client agreement states otherwise.

1.10 Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Please check back periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how M2J Ventures - F.Z.E collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data collected through the Site and related digital channels, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) (“PDPL”).

2.1 Data controller

M2J Ventures - F.Z.E is the data controller for personal data collected through the Site. Contact for privacy matters: info@m2jventures.ae.

2.2 What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

contact details you provide by form, email or WhatsApp (name, email, phone, company);
order information if you buy a digital product or service from us (billing details and order history; payment card data is processed by our payment provider, not stored by us);
communications you send us (enquiries, support requests, consultation booking details);
information shared in the course of a consulting, training or advisory engagement, handled under the signed engagement letter and its confidentiality terms.

The Site itself does not use analytics or tracking tools (see the Cookie Policy).

2.3 Why we process it (purpose and legal basis)

We process personal data to respond to enquiries and provide requested information, including emailing sample reports you request and following up once about them; deliver digital products and services; perform and administer client engagements; send marketing communications where you have opted in; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and improve the Site and our services. Our legal bases under the PDPL include your consent, performance of a contract, and our legitimate business interests, balanced against your rights.

2.4 Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, such as website hosting, email, business software and payment providers, each bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. A current list of the providers we use is available on request from info@m2jventures.ae.

2.5 International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE (for example, to a cloud software provider), we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with PDPL requirements.

2.6 Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it securely. As a guide:

website and WhatsApp enquiries, and sample report requests, that do not become an engagement: 12 months from the last contact;
Website Health Scan working copies: deleted within 48 hours of delivering the report;
client and engagement records: for the period UAE commercial and tax law requires;
marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

2.7 Website Health Scan

When you request a Website Health Scan, we collect your contact details and authorisation, and the public pages of the website you list. We use them only to run the scan and deliver the report, keep the report confidential to you, and delete working copies within 48 hours of delivery. We scan only websites you own or have authority to test. We may keep anonymised statistics that do not identify you or your website.

2.8 Your rights

Subject to PDPL requirements and applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate data;
request erasure or restriction of processing;
object to processing, including for direct marketing;
withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
request data portability, where technically feasible.

2.9 Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls, two-factor authentication on business accounts and restricted internal access, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

2.10 Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Any training offering involving minors is handled under separate, specifically drafted consent terms.

2.11 Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

3. Cookie Policy

3.1 What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website, used to make it work, remember preferences, or understand how visitors use it.

3.2 Cookies on this Site

The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies, if any, such as those our hosting provider may set for security. It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and so shows no cookie banner. The categories below explain what each type would do:

Strictly necessary: required for the Site to work (for example, security). Cannot be switched off.
Functional: remember preferences such as language. Not currently in use.
Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Site. Not currently in use.
Advertising or targeting: not currently in use.

3.3 Consent

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will update this Policy and show a banner on your first visit that lets you accept, reject or choose by category before any such cookie is set. You will be able to change your choice at any time.

3.4 Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect how some websites work.

3.5 Third-party services

None. The Site’s pages, images and fonts are served from our own hosting, and no third-party widgets, pixels or embedded tools are used. This list will be updated before any is added.

4. Professional Content Disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to all content M2J publishes on the Site, in articles, on LinkedIn and other social media, and to any AI-assisted content or tools referred to on these channels.
